Privacy is Important.

This policy should be read in context with any other relevant agreements and or policies. Contained within our site are various hyperlinks to external entities. It is up to you to read their relevant privacy policies before continuing and using their resources and or services.

Collation, Storage and Usage

P3DP.CO.UK is owned and operated by P3DP Ltd which is a registered company in England and Wales (Company Number 1459328). P3DP Ltd may be both a data processor and or controller of personal data. We operate a general policy of only collating information which is essential to the provision of our service(s). By essential we mean to facilitate the correct functioning of our site and ongoing commercial activities e.g. marketing and fulfilment of any regulatory and or legal obligations.

During the normal course of our interaction you may be required to provide reasonable, relevant and provable information about yourself. For example, when opening an account or submitting a contact and or consultation request via the site. Information submitted via the website will be utilised by our agents and or representatives to contact you regarding your enquiry. We use Google Analytics on our site, as it is genuinely useful. It does not provide us with any personally identifiable information. The insights provided are used to optimise our site and to assist us in formulating, implementing and monitoring marketing strategies.
