Delivery within the UK is free of charge for orders over £100. However, larger printing machines shipping charges may vary depending on location etc. We will contact you to advise you of any additional delivery charges (if any). For non U.K. based customers please contact us for shipping rates.
As a customer you have the right to notify us of any return within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Thereafter as the supplier we have a further 14 days to accept or reject the return and refund via the same method by which you paid. Please ensure we have a current and monitored email address so we can update you of the returns process. Please note it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- In its complete original packaging.
- You’ll also need proof of purchase.
- Unfortunately, bespoke items are not eligible for return.
Please contact us first to start a return. We will then send you a return’s reference number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping fees for the returned item(s) need to be paid by the customer.
